Tenant responsible for oil heat & hot water, electric and for reimbursing the owner for water-sewer. The tenant must take care of landscaping, lawn maintenance and snow removal. The pool is available for tenants, but they are responsible for opening and closing the pool if they would like to use it, along with maintaining it during the season.
Tenant must also maintain liability insurance of at least $300,000.
Household gross monthly income must be at least 3x the rental rate. Owner looks for a minimum credit score of 650. If owner considers an application with credit under 650, an increased security deposit may apply.
-Parking: 1 car attached garage and driveway.
-Heat: Oil paid by tenant.
-Hot Water: Oil paid by tenant.
-Pets: No cats. Dogs per owner discretion. Fee applies. No aggressive breeds or mixes.
-Washer/Dryer: in the basement.
